The Assemblies Teaching Competition

The Teaching Competition is now CLOSED.

As part of our continuing efforts to highlight our amazing junior members, the PI-TB assembly is hosting a multi-assembly teaching competition for junior educators at this year’s ATS International Conference in Philadelphia. The goal is to showcase the best teaching skills assemblies has to offer.

Whether you’re a clinician, scientist, epidemiologist, nurse, or pharmacist if you’re known in your institution as an excellent educator, why keep yourself a secret from the rest of the world?

Currently, five ATS assemblies are participating in the competition. In order to apply, the applicant must belong to one of the following assemblies: AII, BSHSR, PEDS, PI-TB or TO.

Click on the links below to view their criteria and apply.

Please note, BSHSR and PI-TB will have preliminary webinar competitions*

Each assemblies Early Career Professionals Working Group will review the applications. The finalist will present at The ATS Assemblies Tournament of Teachers: The Final Face-Off in Philly on Tuesday, May 19 at 9:00 AM at the Center for Career Development. The winner of the final competition will receive a cash prize and a certificate.

We look forward to your participation in the Assemblies Teaching Competition!
