The American Thoracic Society (ATS), the Alpha-1 Foundation, and the University of California San Diego, Health Sciences division, presented a free live patient education webinar on Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (A1AD). The webinar was held on Saturday, February, 13th from 9:45 am - 2:30 pm PT. This webinar was presented in conjunction with the "Alpha-1 Week at the ATS" program — an educational activity designed to foster communications between clinicians, researchers, patients and patient advocates on lung and airway disorders.
