Assembly Leadership Vote 2020

Voting for Assembly Leaders is now open online. Please click here to vote! Members of the Society's 14 Assemblies can vote for future Assembly leaders online instead of in person at the Assembly membership meetings during the ATS International Conference. As a result, all Assembly members will have the opportunity to vote even if they are unable to attend their membership meeting. Voting will close on Thursday, February 6, 2020.

ATS Membership Number and Assembly Affiliations (Primary & Secondary):

Voting is a privilege accorded to members of the ATS. As such, you must be a member of the ATS in order to vote. Every ATS member is allowed to choose their Assembly affiliations in one Primary Assembly and up to two Secondary Assemblies. Each member will have the option of casting votes in their Primary Assembly and their Secondary Assembly/Assemblies. ATS members can vote in a maximum of three elections.

Verifying your membership status, as well as primary and secondary affiliations, is now quick and easy to do online! The Member Profile Update form is safe and secure, and your updates will reflect in our database one hour from the time of your submission. You may access the form by clicking here.

You may also access the form at any time on our Web site: Simply hold your browser over the "Membership" title on the ATS home page, and select “Update Your Profile" from the drop-down menu. If you've forgotten your member number or password, you will be able to have them sent to you by providing your last name and e-mail address.

The same process also allows you to make changes to your profile if you've moved, changed your title, or added new skills, credentials, or other information. So please help us help you keep your profile current.

How will it work?

When you click on the link below, you will be prompted to log in. After your membership number is validated, you will gain access to the ballot for your Primary and Secondary membership(s) (up to three). You will then be able to view candidate pictures and biosketches for each of the available leadership positions.

When will the results be announced?

The results will be announced at the Assemblies' respective membership meetings, which will be held on either Sunday, May 17th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, or Monday, May 18th from 5 – 7 pm, during ATS 2020 in Philadelphia, PA. Hotel and meeting room locations will be listed in the 2020 Final Program.
